Nature Provides

This week on the Virtual Dragon Café broadcast we’ll be bringing the ArtSpace into the programme as Li joins us with an activity to try at home. Don’t fancy the queue at the art shop? Join Li as she explores easy ways to make and use Natural Drawing Inks using supermarket foodstuffs.

We will also have some tips on breathing, balance and core strength from Brendan in his Bodyworks; an invitation to Dance and exercise mind and body with Ariella & Renzo; Poetic Inspiration from Diana and Open Mic performances to savour. Join us this Monday at 3 pm, or watch it at a time after then that works for you.

Please note that we will have a short pause from the broadcast on Monday 6 July but will have some workshops to join on that day instead, including Sowing New Seeds with Garden Organic looking at multicultural food production in the UK. Our live broadcast will return on Monday 13 July at the usual time of 3 pm.

All Dragon Café Patrons are also warmly invited to be part of our collective blog Connect. Share your writings, art, music and ideas and see what others have been inspired by too. There is already a fantastic selection to explore there, so do take a look!

You can Register on the Connect site homepage to get involved.

This week’s recipe from Chef Chris is a tasty classic Ratatouille, with a kick! Enjoy! Download/print a pdf of the recipe here.

There will be more updates each week and don’t forget to check out our social media too (Twitter and Facebook).

Take care everyone,
The Dragon Café Team
