Share your Art and visit the Virtual Dragon Café!
Join us this Monday 27th April at 3 pm for another live Virtual Dragon Café broadcast which will include familiar faces, activities to get involved with and performances to enjoy. Massage, music, dance and much more! You can also revisit the first two at any time.
After the broadcast, at 4 pm, you are invited to a storytelling workshop with Narativ as we conclude our My Story series that began at the Café in March. In this final session we’ll be exploring Storytelling for Advocacy – how telling your story can create change in the world. If you would like to join this session contact firstname.lastname@example.org, there is no requirement to have attended any of the previous sessions. The group will be online via Zoom – a video conferencing programme you can download for free.
All Dragon Café Patrons are warmly invited to be part of our collective blog Connect and we’d love you to join our Weekly Adventure – this week create a quick sketch of a plant or tree. It could be from your imagination, home or nearest green space. For creative inspiration here are David Hockney’s vibrant garden drawings. Share a photo of your sketch, or hang it in your window for your neighbours to enjoy.
Register on the Connect site homepage to get involved.
This week’s recipe from Chef Chris is his super delicious Vegan Shepherd’s Pie.
Download/print a pdf of the recipe here.
Take care everyone,
The Dragon Café Team
