Fresh Steps, New Approaches – this Monday 12 – 8.30 pm at The Dragon Café.
We move into a new month and offer a day full of ideas and activities to stay social, active and well. Learn some new Board Games for Wellbeing at 2 pm with Cakes and Ladders in a relaxed and social atmosphere. Try Nia Technique with Phillipa at 4 pm in Dance Works. You are welcome to join Tamara Russell at 5 pm for Mindfulness in Motion, this week focusing on ‘Attention’. As with all of our activities no previous experience is required, all welcome. In the evening from 7 pm Jennifer Taylor will be sharing her approach to Natural Holistic Therapy including insights to her practice and some gentle exercises.
